همچنین در سال ۱۴۰۲ مطلع شدم سریالی ۱۰۰ قسمتی که از سال ۱۳۹۰ نوشته بودم و قصد ساخت داشتم، بنا به دلایلی در آرشیو صداوسیما نگه داشته شده بود و سپس ساخته و پخش شد؛
در آن زمان به صداوسیما و دادگاه رسانه مراجعه و شکایت کردم و مدارک موجود است. که به دلیل هماهنگی و پشتیبانی های ریاست سازمان صدا سیما و دخیل بودن در این امر با متهم ، شکایت بنده با هزینه های گزاف شخصی نافرجام گردید.
